At Elsewhere, every piece is made to order just for you. We take enormous pride in the quality of our prints and frames, and we want you to love what arrives at your door.

Made to order Because each piece is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you have any questions before placing your order — about size, framing or anything else — please don't hesitate to reach out at hello@elsewhere.com. We're always happy to help you make the right choice.

Damaged or defective items If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Simply contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at hello@elsewhere.com with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible, no questions asked.

Order changes If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it and we will do our best to accommodate you.
