At Elsewhere, every piece is printed and framed to order. We work with trusted print partners to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition, beautifully packaged and ready to hang.

Production Time Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be produced before it is dispatched. We take care to ensure every print meets our quality standards before it leaves our partners' facilities.

Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Singapore: 3–5 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–21 business days

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return Policy and contact us within 24 hours of receipt at hello@elsewhere.com with clear photographs of the damage and packaging.
