ChromaGlebe is inspired by Karl Sims' Genetic Images (1993). A composite mathematical function generates color from position and time. Each frame in the video could be considered to be a slice through a four-dimensional object. The object is like an infinite block of color with a foam-like structure that has semi-periodic structure but never repeats.

The function was selected by the artist from a large number of randomly generated functions.

A quarter size excerpt of 5 minutes is minted as an NFT and the NFT holder has ownership of and download access to the full size one hour long work.
